An extremely rare flow blue printed child set, with scenes of Queen Victoria in a carriage being driven around Windsor Park with Windsor castle in the background.

Consists  of teapot, sucrier, jug, slop bowl , six cups and saucers and three cake plates.

All in perfect condition

Prattware refers to fine earthenware produced during the nineteenth century, notably by F. and R. Pratt of Fenton, Staffordshire. The firm became renowned for its development of multi-colour transfer printing techniques, often featuring detailed landscape scenes, historical events, and royal portraits.

Prattware tea sets were manufactured from lead-glazed earthenware. Multi-coloured underglaze transfer prints were applied using engraved copper plates, accompanied by flow blue printed borders or hand-gilded embellishments.
