English Early Victorian Sterling Silver Fiddle Pattern Caddy Spoon 1838 Antique

A super quality English antique solid sterling silver caddy spoon. It is hallmarked for London 1838 (Queen Victoria''s first year) with the maker''s mark being that of James Beebe. It has been superbly made to what is termed fiddle pattern and the terminal has been engraved with the initials WEJ. It is in super condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. It measures approx. 3.5 inches (8.8cm) long by over 1.75 inches (5cm) wide and weighs 16 grams. A very nice clean example.
