Sandbanks Antiques has dated this Celadon Fluted Bottle Vase to the 19th Century.
It is enveloped in an even, luminous sea-green celadon glaze that artfully thins on the raised ribs and edges, a deliberate technique used to define the form and highlight the precision of the potting. The vase is surmounted by a tall, tapering neck rising to a flared, slightly lipped rim, all supported by a neatly pared, unglazed foot rim showing a characteristic buff-colored porcelain paste.

Condition:
The vase is in a good state of preservation with no signs of chips, cracks, or hairline fractures. Exhaustive inspection under UV light confirms no signs of restoration or overpainting.
