Large Victorian Burr Walnut Occasional Table

Description

An unusual and good quality burr walnut occasional or display table. The revolving circular top having an inset hand dyed leather centre with blind & gold tooling set within burr walnut cross banding and thumb moulded edge. The conforming frieze with beaded edge and the underside having a steel pin which sits in the top of the base which allows the table to revolve if desired. The attractive turned column having egg & dart style carving and the whole raised on cabriole legs with acanthus carved knees and French style scrolling feet. This unusual table is in excellent condition and ready for use. Dimensions:- Height…29.5’’/ 76cm. Diameter…30’’/ 75.5cm. Delivery to most of U.K. by furniture carrier £50.
