Russia, egg tempera on chalk ground, painted on wooden panel, floral brass oclad.
The icon consists of small panels representing the Twelve Great Feasts of the Orthodox Church, with a central scene of the Descent into Hell and Resurrection of Christ.
CONDITION:
Wear commensurate with age. One reverse sponki present. Minor dents on the oclad.
