Queen Anne Lace Box

Description

A Queen Anne Elm, Pollard Elm and Burr Elm Lace Box.

With a hinged lid, finished with a rounded and stepped outer moulding, enclosing a band of cross banded elm, before a feature banding enclosing a mirror cut central panel. The sides of the box with burr veneers, before a moulded edge, as per the lid. The whole raised up on ball feet. The lid opening with the original lock and key, to an interior fitted with three drawers, held behind a rising keep bar.

Height 6 1/4 inches, 16cm.

Width 16 3/4 inches, 43cm.

Depth 13 inches, 33cm.
