Painted Porcelain Panel Of Hummingbirds - Attributed To John Randall - 19th Century

Here is a beautifully delicate painted portrait panel attributed John Randall, one of Coalport''s best know and respected artists who specialised in the paintings of Sevres-style exotic birds in landscapes, and then later in his career by the 1860''s moving to more naturalistic portraits of birds of prey. This panel probably dates to the early half of the 19th century.
 
This beautiful little jewell-like panel measures 10cm by 6cm unframed, but comes presented in its original gilded frame, measuring . Whilst unsigned, the panel has an old paper label on the reverse attributing the work to Randall, and certainly the subject matter, execution and skill all point to this being his work.
 
The panel is in superb condition as I hope the photographs show - bright and vibrant with no scratches or wear. The little gilded frame has the gentle surface wear to be expected as a piece of this age, but I personally feel that this adds to its character and enjoy the fact that it is still n its orig...
