Antique 20th century Edwardian writing table in mahogany, a very well made and good-quality example of period furniture.
The table features a raised gallery to the top, with a single door cupboard on either side and a large central drawer, all retaining their original brass handles and fittings.
Stood on tapered legs with casters, the piece combines elegance with practicality, allowing easy mobility. The mahogany displays a gorgeous grain and warm colour throughout, enhanced by finely inlaid satinwood and ebony stringing on the drawer front and cupboard doors, adding subtle decorative detail.
