Description

A 1967 Longines Flagship wristwatch. A silvered dial with a sunburst finish. Applied gilt numerals, elongated at the quarters. The longines script is just above the winged hour glass logo towards 12 o'clock, with a subsidiary seconds dial marked by a crosshair at 6 o'clock. The hours and minutes are indicated by 'dauphine' hands.

A well designed case with the classic lug shaping from the flagship line, with double facets to the front and a smooth taper down towards the ends. An original Longines winding crown. A snap on case back with the Flagship logo, in this case it is the 'Ghost Ship' variant. Case reference 201.

The watch is powered by a 17 jewel, manual wind Longines caliber 302 mechanism. Serial numbers date this watch to 1967.
