Description

A gorgeous antique ring. This Edwardian lovely features at the centre a 0.18 carat (approx.) old cut diamond rubover set in platinum. Four onyx 'petals' radiate from the centre stone. The intricate openwork in the platinum surround is set with a further 12 eight cut diamonds. On a slim 18k yellow gold shank with spear-shaped shoulders.

Cut:? Old European cut in the centre with eight-cuts in the surround.

Colour:? The centre is J. The surrounding diamonds are G to H.

Clarity:? The centre is SI3. The surrounding diamonds are SI1 to SI2.

Carat:? The centre is approximately 0.18 carat, with a total approximate carat weight of 0.38.

Circa:? 1910.

Size:? O 1/2 (UK) or 7 1/4 (US). Free sizing available.

Measurements:? The head of the ring is 15.6 x 13.1mm and sits 4.8mm from the finger.

Weight:? 3.15 grams.

Metal:? 18k gold. The top is platinum. French hallmarks and tested with a Niton DXL Precious Metal Analyzer.
