Beautiful Early 19th C. English Rosewood Sofa Table

Description

This fine Regency period sofa table with beautiful figured rosewood and inlay with ebony to the top, dates to circa 1830.

The rectangular surface can be extended by two drop leaves to make the table width 150cm and it has two working drawers with brass inlay and handles. It is completed by elegant lyre end supports, turned stretcher, and sabre legs with brass casters.
