Pair Of Antique Sterling Silver & Glass Whisky Jugs / Noggins 1924

This is super pair of antique George V sterling silver and glass whisky noggins/jugs each with a curved handle and silver collar with thumb rest for opening the lid.
 
They are conical in shape, have a cut glass star on the base and have matching hallmarks for London 1924.
 
These jugs are usually Scottish in origin and are used for serving individual portions of whisky equivalent to a gill.
 
Each one measures 4'' (10 cms) tall x 2 1/2'' (6.5 cms) across the base.
 
Both are in excellent condition, are perfectly usable today and will come in a gift box with a certificate of authenticity.
