Pinefinders has dated this piece to the 1910s.

The sides are panelled, and the wardrobe is in great condition for its age. It has had two new bun feet fitted at the front, with the usual square block feet at the back, typical of the period. Once waxed, the new feet will blend in nicely with the rest of the piece.

The drawers retain their original wooden knobs and slide smoothly, and the lock is working well. The wardrobe fully dismantles for delivery, so it should go up most stairways without difficulty.
Inside, it still has its original hanging pegs at the top, which can be lifted out if not required. A hanging rail can be fitted, or with the generous height available, a shelf could be added with a rail underneath to create a mix of hanging and storage space. The internal depth is 19", which should be suitable for most clothing.

Price: £1,100 as it is, or £1,250 if you’d like it waxed.
(Both prices include the fitting of a new brass hanging rail if required.)
Dimensions: height 85", width 65" (widest point), depth 24.5" (deepest point), internal depth 19"
(approximately 216 cm × 165 cm × 62 cm, internal depth 48 cm).
