Montblanc Meisterstück 149 fountain pen. It is a special order commission for the Omani Ministry of Defense, retailed through Garrard & Co. of London. The pen features a black resin barrel and cap with gold-plated trim. The seal-band is engraved with the Omani Ministry of Defense crest, which includes the traditional Khanjar emblem. The pen is fitted with a 18-karat (750) gold nib and dates to the mid-1920s. These pens were typically issued to high-ranking military officers.
