Description

A beautiful Georgian antique cast silver table snuff box. It was made in London in 1821 by Edward Farrell. He was famous for his cast top boxes and related items. This box is hallmarked on the bottom and on the cast top. It is gilded on the inside and the lid closes crisply. The snuff box is in great condition with no repairs. Usually Farrell used designs from the Dutch painter Teniers. A very collectable piece for any snuff box collector.

Weight; 150 grams or 5 ozst approx.
