Superb Quality Early 20th-Century Brown Leather 3-Seater Chesterfield Sofa

A stunning early 20th-century three-seater brown leather Chesterfield sofa with three loose feather filled cushions, raised on bun feet. It features individually hand-tacked brass studding, and the padding is the original horsehair. This Chesterfield is a fine example of high quality with an excellent patina. The original golden brown leather hide has been cleaned and polished, giving a beautifully soft and sumptuous feel. The sofa has a full buttoned scroll back and armrests, superb quality throughout. Upholstered in high quality leather hide and traditionally hand dyed, this sofa remains in excellent condition.

With its beautifully curved arms, generous proportions and classic profile, it makes a bold statement in any interior.
