Antique 18th century fine quality coffer / blanket box in oak, a superb and characterful piece of early furniture. Very well made and of fine quality, it is beautifully carved throughout, showcasing skilled craftsmanship and strong period charm.
The coffer features a large central storage compartment with a lift-up lid, fitted with iron hinges.
It is stood on square legs, giving it a solid and well-balanced stance. The oak displays attractive grain and warm colour, adding to its timeless appeal.
