A refined late 19th century antique side chair, crafted in solid walnut and featuring an elegant pierced splat back with flowing, symmetrical carving.

The gently shaped backrest, cabriole style front legs and softly curved seat rail give the chair a light, graceful appearance typical of the late Victorian period.

The chair is solid and stable, with a well-balanced frame and good proportions.

The seat is upholstered in a warm terracotta fabric, in very good condition and neatly finished with a decorative trim.

The rich walnut tone shows attractive natural grain throughout.
