For offer is a stunning Meissen 'Lovers and Birdcage' Porcelain Group

Mid 18th Century.

Modelled with a young man offering flowers to a girl while a third figure is seated playing a pipe, all surrounding a caged songbird on a scroll base.

Crossed swords mark to the base.

Height: 15 cm

Width: 16 cm

Depth: 15 cm

In first class condition with only very tiny chips to the extremities, and a little restoration to one corner of the tricorn hat.
