The Fancy Fox has dated this piece to the 18th Century.
Reference: Worcester Blue & White Porcelain, Brandon, French & Sandon, section II.B.24, described as "rare" and only noted to be found on this shell shaped dish.

Provenance: the Robert & Celia Morris Collection.
It measures 13.5cm (5 1/4") wide and deep and 6.7cm (2 58") high.
In excellent condition with no damage, repair or restoration. There is a short firing line tucked under the edge of the scrolled section of the rim. Three factory created nicks to the foot rim. Minimal handling wear.
