The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The watch has a high grade 17-jewel stem-winding movement which is working nicely.
The movement is fully signed and it has the serial number 23,056,767 which dates it back to 1919. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover which has some surface scratching.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is the 10ct gold filled Moon model from the Dennison Watch Case Company, a UK based manufacturer and supplier to Waltham UK. The case is in lovely condition, as is the acrylic lens.

The signed dial is in beautiful condition, just a very short very faint hairline underneath the sub seconds dial, just about visible with a magnifying loupe. Original blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
