Description

An Edwardian silver rim and crystal match striker with clear hallmarks for Birmingham 1904 and makers mark for Levi & Salaman. This exceptional rare striker has a silver rim with a central reeded band which is the striker itself. The crystal bowl has been cleverly hand blown to include a symmetrical band of tiny bubbles, a technical and aesthetic achievement, adding a decorative and sparkly effect. The well is deep. The base is convex, with a cut edge so the striker stands flat. All in immaculate condition including the inner rim which has no damage. This item is smart and little used for it age.
