Antique French Bedside Cupboard

A pretty late 19th century French side cabinet, nightstand or bedside table, with marble top.

One single drawer and one door opening on the original marble lined interior.

Well constructed and sturdy this gracious bedside cabinet shows a lovely shaped marble top of a great colour in the terracotta tone. There is an almost not imperceptible fessure in the top that we tried to show with an image.

Standing on four carved cabriole legs, this nightstand is embellished by various details from the apron which connects to the legs to the quartered veneer on the door and left and right sides.

Circa 1890-1900.

Condition: sturdy and general good conditions commensurate with age and use.

Return Policy for Distance Selling to Consumers:

Buyers are responsible for the costs of return shipping, packaging, insurance, seller's customs clearance fees, and any non-refundable import duties incurred and, when the shipping is organized by us, must utilize the same shipping method used when the goods were dispatched (any upgrade of the shipping service is acceptable but should be agreed with us first).

A refund of the full purchase price paid to us, minus the costs listed above, will be issued to the original payment source once the returned item has been received and we are satisfied that the conditions under a), b) and c) above are fulfilled. Buyers are responsible for the insurance coverage and claims for any damage, loss or theft of the goods that may occur during return shipment.
