Description

This is a wonderful 19th century Neapolitan crèche figure. The detail on the face is just marvellous. He has his original sabre sword, remains of original silk clothing, condition is obvious, I am sure there is someone out there who can either perform some conservation work or make some new clothes. There are two fingers that have lost a small amount. One leg requires re-attaching, but again leaving it to the buyer to do their own repair. I am dating it to the early 19th century but it could be late 18th century
