An early 1800s lace pillow sampler. On the front is the motto ''Success to the Lace Pillow''.
Attached to the pillow is a lace bobbin with the name George Dubing.
To all the corners are glass beads.
This was probably made by or for a lace worker.
It measures 6.4cm x 6.4cm.
