Large Flame Mahogany Dressing Mirror - Victorian - c1850

A gorgeous example of an Oval Victorian Dressing Mirror.

This large-sized piece is in great order throughout. Original bronze hinge fittings are all fully functioning.

The mahogany frame displays the fine flaming grain wonderfully.

The mirror benefits from exceptional superb hand carved detailing which elevates the piece beyond that which is typical of this type.

The main body features a desirable oval shaped vanity drawer with hinged lid. The piece sits over small bun feet.

Overall a nicely proportioned, fabulously carved, clean mirror in very good order. A very stylish example.
