Mahogany Bureaux - Inlay Detail - c1900

This mid-sized bureaux is presented in mahogany with an oak fitted interior.

The piece benefits from inlaid detailing to the drawer fronts.

The sloped writing flap opens to reveal a fitted oak interior - offering a variety of letter slots, cubby holes and document storage.

The mahogany is presented without major defect, but the piece does have the expected signs of wear and use in the form of scratches and dings.

The drawer fronts display attractive grain and have lovely brass fittings - please note one 'D' ring is missing.

The piece sits upon bracket feet. The drawers are all in good working condition.
