A pair of sterling silver candle holders in collumn form, hallmarks attributed to A Taite & Sons Ltd, each 31cm high, silver on its own about 30% of the weight ( weight of both candle holders is circa 2400g ), inscribed on both :

"Presented by the Newcastle on Tyne Old Hebrew Congregation to Mr B. Gillis on the occasion of his marriage 17th September 1933" /
