Circa 1890 - 1900 A beautifully made travelling set with two lided ink pots, a brush to wipe pens, a pen holder, and a candle in a fitted decorative brass and metal container.

The brass work is in very good condition with lovely details. The ink pot lids spring open - see small levers in front of them. The candle stands upright and secure in the specially designed holder, and the pen would be kept in place by the small grip in the middle.

The item has not been overly polished, and everything is in good condition.

We think it may have once had a special leather or fabric holder as usual in those times.
