Description

A substantial antique nine-carat gold swivel fob set with bloodstone (AKA heliotrope) on one side and a dark red stone, likely some type of jasper or agate, on the other.

SIZE: Approximately 3 x 2.5cm, including the bail.

WEIGHT: 7.2g.

MATERIALS: Nine-carat gold, bloodstone.

HALLMARKS/STAMPS: The fob is hallmarked for nine-carat gold, Birmingham 1909 and has the sponsor's initials JTJ on one edge.

CONDITION: In excellent antique condition; the swivel mount turns easily so you can choose which side to wear facing out.

ERA: Edwardian, 1909.
