Swag Antiques has dated this piece to the 1930s.

It provides the practical storage of a wide commode while maintaining the delicate, symmetrical proportions required by Neoclassical aesthetics. This is achieved using vertical brass "reeds" in the center of the drawer fronts making the commode appear elegant and architectural.

It is a quality piece, made of mahogany , with a lovely thick marble top and beautiful gilded brass fittings. All three locks are working with their keys.
