A wonderful small and beautiful red walnut lowboy with three drawers and original brass batswing and bail handles over a well shaped apron and all set on lovely long and elegantly shaped cabriole front legs terminating in substantial and original ball and claw feet.The drawers with solid red walnut fronts with ogee moulded borders and all three are oak lined with original very finely worked boards and tiny hand cut dovetails.The oversailing top with matching ogee moulded border is made from a single piece of solid red walnut and has a fantastic colour and chatoyancy.
