A 19th Century French Cast Iron Gueridon Round Table, Green Painted 55cm Top

A superbly stylish French antique iron gueridon garden or bistro table with green flaking paint over an earlier white layer. A late 19th century, circa 1890-1900 in mostly excellent structural condition whilst showing an established timeworn appearance with weathered paint layers, probably white original layer and green later applied to the round top and legs. The top does show some minimal age related dents and scratches which authenticate and adds character.

The 55cm wide iron top is supported by a triform wrought iron base which is structurally excellent, it sits and presents well.

A fine quality French antique iron table of practical use and considerable decorative appeal. Stylish both outdoors and inside, an interior design piece for a classic or contemporary space.
