Art Deco World has dated this Art Deco Desk Clock to the 1930s.
The base and stand are of a chromed metal construction with the base having bevelled edges, both shows signs of use and patina attributed to its age and use.
The chromed bezel is in good condition and is constructed of pressed, soldered metal. It houses the chapter ring and hands which are all in good clean condition and visible to see clearly.
The movement has been disassembled, cleaned and reassembled back into good working condition and keeps good time for its age (over 90years old). It is all suspended on the overhanging stand and can be swivelled round to most positions to compliment its style.
The chrome base is sat on a black wooden plinth with chromed feet and a chrome sphere is at the opposite end.
This clock is ideal for collectors, interior decorators, or anyone seeking a refined piece of 1930s design history.
