Founders Antiques has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
The original drawer handles add further decorative interest; the single frieze drawer fitted with a pair of pressed brass foliate ring pulls, with smaller flower-basket ring handles fitted to the drawers above.

Traditionally intended as a ladies’ dressing table for a bedroom or dressing room, the impressive design and refined scale allow it to sit just as comfortably in a variety of interior settings.
Presented in very good antique condition, with a warm, aged patina throughout and gentle wear consistent with use. The mirror shows attractive, even foxing, the drawers run smoothly, and the piece remains structurally sound, clean and ready to place.
English, circa 1880.
