The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1890s.
The watch has an 11 jewel stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and it has the serial number 5,275,991 which dates it back to 1892. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.
The watch measures 48.5mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop.
The case is in lovely condition.

The glass lens is in lovely condition.
The signed dial looks good to the naked eye with blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute track. On closer inspection, there is a faint hairline coming up from number 5 but it is difficult to see with the naked eye.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
