CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout, showing signs of age and use. There is surface wear including age-related marks and scratches. The top detaches for ease of transport. Some staining and fading are present on the back and shelves, with a few shelves displaying slightly different shades. Overall, the bookcase remains solid and functional.

In case of return, items must be received back in the same condition as delivered and a collection fee of £85 will apply, this would be deducted from any refund amount.
