A good early child’s Windsor high chair made in the traditional manner in elm, ash and oak and with a lovely crinoline stretcher – all of a good colour and in sturdy condition.
Usable but we recommend this as a decorative chair as it no longer has its wooden pole/restraining bar which once could be fitted between the two arms.
Very robust without any movement in the joints and in good order throughout, a really charming and rarely seen little Windsor chair which would make a wonderful gift and would sit well in a modern or traditional interior.
Dimensions are:
35 inches high, 17 inches wide and 15 inches deep.
From floor to seat is 20 inches and from floor to top of arms is 27 inches. From floor to foot rest is 12 inches.
I describe and photograph my pieces accurately and with the aim that on arrival each will exceed expectations.
