Victorian Double Ended Chaise Longue

Description

Victorian very elegant asymmetrical double ended chaise longue circa 1870 .

one side has a full height upholstered arm/back the opposite side has a lower curved back support this creates a distinctive fainting couch .

It has a fine carved walnut frame and is upholstered in a pale yellow damask with subtle floral and foliage pattern .

adding refinement while keeping the original Victorian sense of luxury .

It comes with two matching cushions .

The seat height is 41 cm

The chaise is in very good solid condition free from woodworm ,with clean upholstery ready for its new home .
