Exeter Silver Georgian Serving Spoon

Description

A good example of a solid Sterling silver fiddle pattern spoon. It is a large tablespoon or small serving spoon size. It is excellent quality and weighs approximately 53g

It is fully hallmarked for Exeter, 1818 and the maker William Welch II.

It is in very good condition with clear hallmarks and it is not engraved. There are no major damages and it displays well. There are some faint surface scratches and a few light marks and dinks but nothing detrimental.

Approximate Measurements :

Length : 8 1/4" / 21cm

Bowl : 2 3/4” / 7cm x 2" / 5cm
