Here’s a large, sturdy antique pine blanket chest with plenty of character. It features an internal candle box and lift-up lid, along with original penny-end metal strap hinges and a carrying handle at each end. The chest is in great condition for its age and has a solid, well-made feel.

Please note that the lid opening is slightly restricted (see video for further details).

Currently in bare wood. Available for £310 as it is, or £347 if you’d like it wax-finished.

Dimensions: height 19.5", width 39.5", depth 22.5"
