Antique Victorian Brass Novelty Inkwell In The Form Of A Dolphin

A wonderful Victorian inkwell in the form of a dolphin with handmade glass eyes; the tail sweeping round to form a handle. As can be seen in the photos, this is in excellent condition. The cut glass inkwell is also in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or scratches. The brass lid is also in great condition with no dents and the hinge is nice and secure.
 
The stand measures 10.5 cm in height (to the highest point of the tail) and 11 cm wide.
