Andrew Cox Antiques has dated this piece to the Georgian era.
To the front 'White Wine' is hand engraved in capitals, within a shaped cartouche. To the outside is a fabulous border of fruiting vines, scrolls and shells, all surmounted by a lion mask. The label is supported on a belcher style chain and is hallmarked to the reverse. A superb collectors piece and lovely gift idea. Dimensions below.
