An elegant Goldscheider terracotta figure depicting a young woman seated on a rock, finished in warm bronzed and gilded tones. The drapery of her dress is finely modelled, the folds highlighted with gilding, and her facial expression is serene and reflective. Her delicately sculpted hands and feet further demonstrate the quality associated with the Goldscheider workshops.

Excellent antique condition, with only a small chip to a petal noted. Surfaces are well preserved and display beautifully.
