Description

The finest quality Regency-period whatnot in solid rosewood, with five graduated tiers with serpentine fronts and curved sides, supported on twist-turned "barley sugar" columns and raised on carved feet. The fronts of the shelves have exceptional carved ornament and are surmounted with carved finials.

Wonderful original surface and fine patination

Circa 1830
