Brief Description:

This is a superb early 20th-century Chinese Blue and White Porcelain Teapot Ewer.

The tall, wonderful piece modelled on an earlier Ming Dynasty design, with a pear-shaped body, curved spout, a broad strap handle, and a lidded top with a Foo Dog finial.

The whole is finely hand-painted in a blue underglaze, depicting scrolls and flowers.

Marked to the base with a pseudonym Ming Dynasty mark.
