The top is beautifully cast to allow fragrance to permeate from the scents within. This example of course lends itself perfectly for other use, as a trinket or ring box.

The interior is filled with a glass liner, totally original and in the most exquisite jewel-toned Emerald green, excellent condition, one tiny rim chip mentioned and shown up-close for accuracy.
There is a full English silver hallmark for London 1906, making this a true Edwardian example; the makers initials WC are also present for the well renowned William Comyns, making top-notch decorative silver smalls such as this.
Excellent condition, measuring 3 3/4" x 2 5/8" x 2 1/4" tall.
