A good late 19th century porcelain tobacco jar in the form of a dog, possibly a pug, wearing a necklace and sitting on an armchair.
 
It is in very good original condition with no breaks or cracks. It could serve as a tobacco, sweets or biscuit jar.
 
This is from a collection of eight tobacco jars.
