Fully adjustable shield shape screen, inlaid border with a floral french silk insert.  original pole and brass threaded catch.  fluted stem and standing on a stepped triform base, which has inlaid florals on each foot.  standing on 3 turned feet.

Expected minor surface marks in line with age and use.  good quality decorative item for any period fireplace.
