Circa 1880. Pair of late 19th-century Arts and Crafts neat-sized ash chests of drawers/bedside lockers. The rectangular tops in figured ash above three graduated drawers with lightly foliate-engraved fronts and cast brass Aesthetic movement handles. The drawers with solid ash linings (sign of quality Scottish cabinet making) and flanked by vertical walnut pillars, all over neat moulded walnut and ash bases.
